RAPPAHANNOCK’S Planners have held two work sessions during the past week to prepare the county’s new subdivision and zoning ordinances for public hearings and final passage. The same topics came up at both meetings.
The planners agreed Monday night to add a “clarification” on the relocation of non-conforming structures. Fanning Baumgardner had asked last week that the clarification be included.
