Realizing that the original plates are valid until March 31, over 300,000 car owners are taking their time about returning the renewal notices for their decals.
“WHAT they don’t realize,” explains Commissioner Vern L. Hill, “is that trucks, trailers, motorcycles—all except passenger cars—are still on the annual basis, and these license plates also expire on March 31.
