The object of this suit is to quiet the title of Jack Moskowitz and Fay Moskowitz, complainants in the above mentioned Bill of Complaint to a certain real estate in Stonewall Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, off State Secondary Route #749, containing 10.476 acres, sold land alleged to have been obtained by the complainants and their predecessors in title by adverse possession for a period in excess of thirty (30) years. An affidavit having been made and filed that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of the suit whose names are unknown and making them parties defendant by the general description of “PARTIES UNKNOWN.”
