New Marine
A Washington resident, Milton D. Fletcher, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gene A. Fletcher, has enlisted in the U, S. Marine Corps in the “Delay Enlistment Program.” This program enables Milton to enlist now and reserve an opening in the field of his choice. The time spent in the Delay Program will be credited as longivity when computing future pay raises.
Milton enlisted for the Aviation Maintenance/Ordnance Program, and will depart for his initial training at Parris Island, S. C. on August 2. 1976. He is currently a Senio. at Rappahannock County High School.
