Last Friday our Panthers met with Montevideo at Grottoes which turned out to be another close and exciting game which went into over time lasting 10 innings.
The final score was 3-2 in Rappahannock’s favor. Mike Smoot hit his 5th home run of the season during that game and Dale Frye was responsible for the winning run. As a result of this game our Panthers are now in a tie position for first place in the District. Keep up the great work Guys. We’re proud of all our Super Panthers!

The Rappahannock Polo Club will open the spring season with two games scheduled for Friday night. May 21 beginning at 8 p.m. The locals will meet Heston and, Deep Run on Fannon’s Field at Laurel Mills. □
