Pursuant to the provisions of a deed of trust executed by Rediviva Company, Incorporated, to James W. Fletcher and Mildred Fletcher Slater, Trustees, said deed of trust being dated September 30, 1974 and recorded November 1, 1974, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 113, at page 530, to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in said Deed of Trust by virtue of a violation of the conditions imposed therein authorizing the holder of the note to declare the entire indebtedness due and payable, the undersigned, James W. Fletcher, one of the Trustees, having been requested to act by the holder of said obligation, will offer for sale at public auction, to the highest bidder or bidders, at the front door of the Court House, in Washington, Virginia, on Wednesday, January 12, 1977,at 10:00 A. M. (EST), the following property, to-wit: “All that certain lot or parcel of land situate in Rappahannock County, Virginia, about three miles to the south west of Washington, Virginia, on Lee Highway, and more particularly described according to plat of survey by John Boldridge, S.C.C., dated June 23, 1945, as follows: Beginning at A in die plat, a post and stake 40 feet from the center line of the Lee Highway, corner to W. C. Campbell, thence with his line and a 90 deg. angle from the highway line, North 24 deg. 15’ West 295.6 feet to B in plat, a point 1.35 feet beyond a post in a marsh; thence with Campbell line and with 90 deg. angle South 65 deg. 45’ West 550 feet to C in plat, a stake near a solid rock; thence with Campbell’s line with an angle of 90 deg. South 24 deg. 15’ East 295.6 feet to D in plat, a stake in the Lee Highway line 40 feet from the center line of said Highway corner to Campbell (the said point D is North 65 deg. 45’ East 257 feet from X in plat a corner to Charlie Thomas on the Northwest side of said Highway); thence with said Highway line with an angle of 90 deg. North 65 deg. 45’ East 550 feet to the point of beginning, and containing 3.66 acres.” The real estate herein conveyed is the same which was conveyed to Rediviva Company, Incorporated, by deed dated November 27, 1953, and recorded December 27, 1953 in the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 60, at page 329.
