Two and a half years ago, Ester Settle of Flint Hill heard those dreaded words from her doctor, ‘‘You have breast cancer.”
“After you know that you have a life threatening disease, your priorities change,” said Mrs. Settle. “I have gotten more involved with my church, and my family has been very supportive,” she added.
