John and Susan McCarthy of Washington are proud to announce the birth of a daughter Cullen Eleanor Adair McCarthy bom at Fauquier Hospital in Warrenton on Dec. 30.
Cullen weighed eight pounds and two ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long.
