To the Editor:

To those 675-telephone exchange;1 customers who have not sent in theballot concerning expanded load' calling area, please vote now and mail it this week.

Some people think nothing can be changed because it has been this , way so long, or that $4.48 a month ffi too much to pay. Even if you keep your total minutes of calls to Culpeper numbers down to 30 minutes each month you are already paying more than $4.48 per month. By voting that you would be willing to pay the extra $4.48 per month, yotj would be able to call all those numbers locally 24 hours everyday of the month.

Even if you don’t think this proposal can pass, please vote anyway. Apathy will not get their attention ir Richmond. This proposal will end & 51 percent of the 675-exchange customerg do not respond. Please vot<: YES and mail it today.
