The Rappahannock County High School concert band earned a '‘Superior’* rating at the annual VBODA District XIV Concert Festival held at Skyline High School in Front Royal. The bands at the festival did not compete against each other, but rather were rated un a scale of 1-5. with t being “Superior* and 5 being “Four.'*
