The art show was held late last month in conjunction with the annual "Empty Bowls" dinner. All who attended were served a bowl of soup in a handmade ceramic bowl in exchange for a cash donation to fight hunger. All proceeds were dunated to Project Concern International - a hunger fighting organization.

Students at the high school and middle school had their artwork on display and local artists acted as judges. Winners were selected with works in paint, pencil, mixed media, and 3-D Library announces winners in writers

The Rappahannock County library announced the winners in its tilth annual "By George. It's Washington's Birthday!" writers and artists show The contest was open to all K-tith grade students.
