Less than a wwk alter the foreclosure ami auction of The Blue Kock Inn property * at which Bob Harwood purchased the property - there are sigus of life back at the Kappuhannock landmark.

“There are two people interested in the proper' ty.“ said Bob Harwood a private lender who took possession of the property at last Friday s court' house steps auction - “and one has the inside track."

Harwood, who held a $t.S million note on the property, acquired it tor $16 million. He said he would be meeting with a prospective buyer today, and sounded confident that the sale may be finalized as early as this Sunday.
