Virginia, will hold a public heanng on Monday, October 6, 2008 at 7:00pm in the Courthouse in Washington. Virginia, in order to consider the following application;
SE 08-08-01 Christopher J. Boucher, dba All Star Septic, contract purchaser ot the property located at 1558 Zachary Taylor Highway. Huntty (4.6301 acres. Tax Map 5, Parcel 6. zoned A -Agricultural. Wakefield District), owned by Edith T. North, desires a Special Exception permit to operate a contractor s office, shop yard. Mr. Boucher plans to store trucks and equipment inside the former sawmill building. Exception allowed pursuant to Coda Section 170-36E ot the Rappahannock County Coda.
