All present noted in favor of the plan, resulting in each county deciding to appoint its own representative by the county agricultural board. The Rappahannock board will probably meet in December to select its representative. Tentative by-laws and a constitution are being drawn up by the county- agent and a lawyer of Fauquier county. . . j
