“I want to send thanks to you for the Rappahannock News. I was surprised when 1 went down to get my mail and found thie paper from my home town. 1 sat down and read every line of the good news going on there. I love that dear old place of my child* hood days.
uMy husband (Charles H. Lillard) was born and raised there, and I was raised there, and my children until the death of my husband, some fifty years ago.
I am eighty-six years old this month and remember the first papers printed there and recall the names that Mr. Compton has given in this paper. I am glad you
