When I learned I had this speech to make I went to Dr. Peddiwell, and told him I had to have home help. He suggested the title above and told me I had no alternative. I could not talk about •Homo, the sap, and his Seven Smart Sons, or the Curious Case df Homo the Sap. I must talk about The Curious Case of Homo The Sap and His Seven S^art Sons. I am going to tell the story just as Dr. Peddiwell told it to me. , You need not draw any morals from it as there are no morals to draw. If you do draw any, they are not mine but yours and you must take the consequences. I must admit that it seemed to me that-sDr. Peddiwell lied a little to tell the whole story and make his point, but that is his nature and you will have to submit to that. Please remember now that I am only telling you what Dr. Peddi^weU_4pld me and you.will hav«t. also to remember that when I use the personal pronoun, I, in narrating the story, I mean Dr. Peddiwell.
