The county newspaper—placing another stone in that famous road paved with good intentions—tried last week to do its bit in helping in the safety campain. “Let’s make it a WRECKLESS weekend” screamed a banner headline across the top of* the paper. Before the effort was a dozen hours old, two cars smashed together on the cornext to the newspaper office! _The occupants of the cars were not injured seriously, thank goodness.
