The object of this suit is to have sale of two tracts of land lying and being jp Rappahannock County, Virginia, the first tract containing 7 acres more or less and being the same land of which Venie (Benie) 'Jackson died seized and possessed, the second tract containing 5.22 acres and being the same land of which Luther Jackson and Benie (Venie) Jackson died seized and possessed, for the purpose of partition and to have the proceeds of said sale divided among those entitled thereto.
