Gov, Swanson has appointed Mr. George W. Kinsey a member of the board of visitors of the Virginia School for the Deaf, Dumb and Blind, to serve four years from July 1, 1906. Mr. Kinsey succeeds Mr. W. L. Keyser, who was appointed by Governor Montague.
NOTICE ..
The Board of Supervisors at their annual meeting Monday, July 23 will receive the scalps of 'hawks, owls, and wildcats, provided they are supported by the proper affidavits. The board will pay 16c for hawks and owls, and 76c for wildcats.
