Mrs. Preston Avery, of Atlanta, Ga., and Mrs. Robert Caldwell, of Pensacola, Fla., who are visiting Mr. and Mrs. D. D. Miller at their home “Maple Springs” were guests Wednesday night and Thursday of Mr. and Mrs. E. A. Speake at their home at College Parky Md. On Saturday for the night Mrs. Avery and Mks. Caldwell were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Brown in Winchester.
Mrs. C. H. White, of Linden, was the week-end guest of Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Campbell at their home “Twinland.”
Mr. and Mrs. T. 0. Smith, of New York, who have been traveling through the country, stopped Sunday of last week to visit Mr. and Mrs. Wade H. Massie, Jr., at their home “Hampden Hall.”
Mrs. J. G. Revercomb was the guest for several days of Mr. and Mr*. 0. Riddle and family at Arlington.
