The Northern Virginia Livestock Producers Association will hold its first annual fat livestock show and sale Monday, December 18, at the Farmers Livestock Exchange near Winchester. Rules and regulations are available at the county agent’s office Saturday. November 18 is the final date set for making nominations. In general the goal is to develop a show and sale, offering opportunities similar to that of the Baltimore Fat Livestock Show and Sale for livestock producers of htis area.

RETURNS FROM HOSPITAL

Mrs. Joseph Pauze returned to “Pau-Way” her home near Woodville, Saturday after being a patient in the Sibley Hospital, where she underwent a major operation two weeks ago. Her condition is reported as satisfactory. Her sister, Mrs, Florence Washer, of Front Royal, was a week-end guest at “Pau-Way.”

^meeting of patrons and all other citizens interested in Sperryville Elementary School is called for Tuesday, November 7, at 7:30 p.m. in the school auditorium for the purpose of organizing a Parent-Teacher Association.

Rappahannock County High School will hold an organization meeting for a P-T A on Wednesday night, November 8, at 7:30 in the school auditorium at Washington. This parent-teachers organization is for the entire county and will include all patrons who have children in Rappahannock High School. '
