Mr. Garber is a farmer, orchardist, and banker. Is an experienced legislator, having served in the General Assembly of Virginia in the House of Delegates and the Senate; and was a member of Congress 1929-1931, where he served with distinction.
1. He believes that economy should be practiced in our government; and that the present waste and squandering is inexcusable; and that it should be brought to a close by the election of a Republican Congress November 7.
2. He believes that the Communists should be forced out of every department; and that the Democratic administration is re. sponsible for this Communistic infiltration, that endangers our "Americanism.
