2. All of that certain tract or parcel of land lying, situate and being in Culpeper County, Virginia, containing 19 5/8 acres, more or less, and bounded by the lands of B. F. Pickett, Mason Hitt, Milton A. Hitt and others.

This is the same tract of land conveyed to the said James Henry Hitt by William A. Baker and Annie E. Baker by deed dated March 14, 1901 and duly recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Culpeper County in Deed Book 32 at page 62, a reference to which is hereby made for a more complete description of the same.

3. All that certain tract of land containing 24 acres, more or fcsss, being the same land conveyed to Robert Frank Hitt by G. S. P. Triplett and wife by'deed dated July 23, 1898, and duly recorded October 14, 1899 in Deed Book U at Page 395 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, a reference to which is hereby made for a more complete description. This land lies about one mile north of Virginia Secondary Road No. 613. It has some timber on it. (A cemetery on said premises and^ ingress and egress therefrom is excepted.)

4. That certain tfaist of land with the house on same, lying, situate and being in*Jackson Magisterial District of Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing 38 1/2 acres, more :Or leas, bounded by the lands of Edmond Hitt, Warren A. This is the same tract of land of which JamisoJi Hitt died seized and possessed. It iS further described in a deed dated December 31, 1900, duly recorded in Deed Book W at page 499, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of kappahannock County. (A 30-foot road at present location is excepted and reserved.)'
