That certain tract of land containing 17.3 acres, more or less, and house thereon, beiftg part -qf the same tract of land of 32 acres conveyed to the said Andrew J. Hitt by Alvin A. Baker and Lillie M. Baker by deed dated March 4, 1930, duly recorded in Deed Book 85 page 250 of the Clerk’s office of the Circuit Court of Culpeper County. From this 32 acres Andrew J. Hitt conveyed a tract of 14.7 acres to Milton A. Hitt. This tract of land is bounded by Virginia Secondary Road No. 613, leading from Amissville to Waterloo and by the lands of Julia Lawrence, Warren A. Hitt, B. F. Pickett and Milton A. Hitt.
