The field w$rk in connection with a bulletin to be published by V.P.I. agricultural experiment station on . the economic opportunity offered by the farm lands of Rappahannock county was completed . yesterday 'by Alex Harris, who has been working in the county since July 1 of this year.

Screening the work with Mr. Harris yesterday, I was very pleased to note that in comparisbn to size Rappahannock offered much more agriculturally than did several of our neighbomig counties having already been’ classified.

While the exact date of publication of this information if not known, it is felt such will be influenced by requests for such being done by Rappahannock citizens to Dr. H. N. Young, director V.P.I. Experiment Station, Blacksburg.

In addition to economic opportunity data this publication includes information on climate, soils, .population, size of -.farms, land use, transportation and public services, markets, source of income, etc.
