GARDEN CLUB MEETS WITH MRS. DAVIS
Tlje Rappahannock Garden club «net Wednesday afternoon, August 2ft, ■with Mrs. George H. Davis^ Jr., as hostess. The program, con* ducted by Mrs. Harry Gallihugh, was on pot pourri ana sachets.
Mrs. Davis was awarded first prise on arrangements; with Mrs. L. J. Kilby, second; and Mrs. Lewis Turner, third. Mrs. Gilbert Weakley took first prize in the specimen classes, with Mrs. S* E. Hening second, and Mrs, J. G. Revercomb third. . The next meeting will be a nature hike; Mr. Favor in charge, and the ladies from F. T. Valley furnishing lunch.
