Pursuant to the provisions of a certain deed of trust from Ora P. Ramey and Mahlon Ramey, husband and wife, dated May 26, 1951, and recorded June 1, 1951, in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia in Deed Book 56, at page 226, conveying the hereinafter described land to James W. Fletcher, Trustee, to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in the payment of said debt and at the request of the legal holder thereof, the debt and obligations secured by the deed of trust having been de* dared by the holder to be due and payable, the undersigned, James W. Fletcher, Trustee, will offer for sale and sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, at the front door of the.
