The program development lead-, era and presidents of all dubs met Friday, October 5, for the county planning meeting During the day the ladies planned the calendar ' of meeting for next year The group chose as federation goal “Youth and Community Recreation” stressing the youth.
During the evening objectives for the year, means of carrying out the federation goal and of promoting programs were decided
Following talks were given by ladies so all would be .acquainted with county needs, problems, and wishes.
'Information and ideas received - from federation meeting that should be helpful in county planning was the subject of a talk given by Mrs. Jessie- Rowzie and Mrs. Les -Walters.
Reports of successful projects this year and those needing more consideration were given by Mrs. George Taylor, Mrs. M. W. Brown and Mrs. Carson Lillard.
