(Six county Hereford cattle associations are sponsoring purebred calf sales this fall.
In addition, two calf sales are -planned by the Virginia Purebred /Angus (Association....Fredericksburg on October 27, and at Staunton on November 1.

Mrs. Colleene Collett of the Page Power Co. gave a demonstration of electrical appliances. and served lunch to a group oil ladies recently at the home of Mrs. G. W. Smith, Jr., at Flint Hill. After the demonstration and lunch, the ladies were entertained at bridge. Guests were Mrs. R. L. Ms sie, „ Miss Minnie Williams, Mrs. M. R. Bradford, Jr., Mrs. W. A. Moore, Mrs, Johnnie McGehee, Mrs. B. J. . Wood, Mrs. John S.
