The council decided to hove the following goals for this year in dub work: 1. Strive to have a boy and girl recommend for All Star each year. 2. Have at bait
completion efprojects and turned In records. Give a bander to dub hating highest 'completion. 3. Have one boy and one girl Junior leader in each dub. 4. Have a County Achievement Day. 5. Send one boy and one girl and leader to State Short Course. Pay part of expenses. 6. Sponsor Rural Electrification project.
County awards and medals presented at the meeting were: Food Preparation. Betty Rutherford and Lelia Gentry tied for 1st place. “ Betty Rutherford received the county medal and Lelia Gentry received the Foley Food Chopper.

Wo were especially . proud to have some officers from all 4-H clubs present, four 4-H leaders, Mrs. Catherine Riley, Mrs. Barbara Gentry, Mrs. Frank Gary and Mrs. George Taylor., Junior leaders present were: Betty Rutherford Lelia Gentry, Mary Lou Campbell, Jacob Sisk, and Newbill Miller.
