5. Any cat or known unlicensed or uninoculated dog: while running at large as above defined may be killed by the game twwrden or police officer or any-'person of this County or State.
6. All foxes suspected of having rabies may be killed on sight by any person.
7. Any person who fails to comply with or violates any of the terms of this ordinance .shall be punished by a fine of ndt more than £50.00.
8. This ordinance shall be effective January 24, 1952.
9. It shall be the duty of the Game Warden of Rappahannock County to enforce this ordinance.
