The appointment of a Middleburg business man as head of the patronage committee and the establishment of membership subscription fees for the coming season were among the accomplishments of the February meeting of the Executive Board of the •Blue Ridge Music Festival for 1352, according to Charles B. Wood, chairman for the summer concerts. * Attracting an attendance of 15 representatives, the meeting concentrated on the expanded budget of |6,000 for the new season. The need for additional patronage re-, suited in the formation of a Patronage Committee under the chairmanship of Edward C. Newton, delegate to the meeting from Middleburg. Newton outlined the plans for seeking the support of both business firms and private citizens to exceed last year’s $1,000 patronage support.
