E. Y. Willis , Jr. owner of a large dairy and beef cattle farm near Remington has constructed an open ditch drainage system. The system will drain approximately 10 acres of potentially good level land, which will be developed as grass and legume pasture. Soil Conservation Service Technicians assisted the farmer in location and design of the ditches as well as supervising construction. The work was done by means of heavy equipment rented from a local contractor.
