Mitchell Dodson was put in Rappahannock County jail on Saturday for reckless driving. His fine was paid by his brother, Pvt. Charles Dodson and Pvt. Mitchell was released on Monday to return to Seattle Washington, where he stated that he was-to report for duty on May 25.
