Mrs. P. W. Scudere, who rushed to the bedside of her ill husband by plane on last Tuesday, reports that he is greatly. improved and hopes to be out of hospital in several weeks. D., reDiocese of Virginia, preached and retired Suffragan Bishop of the confirmed a class of six adults at Trinity Episcopal Church, Sunday, June 8 at thejl a.m. service. Bishop Mason spent Saturday night at the Rectory and Sunday he and Rev. and Mfs. W- G. Pendleton were entertained for dinner by Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Miller.
Mr. and Mrs. Wade Pullen has recently moved to Mrs. Pullen’s father, C. E. Putnam in Flint Hill, where Mr. Pullen will help with the farm. *
