Mr. Keyser, his mother andCapt. Weiner were returning from Ben Venue where they had been to salt some cattle, when they met the car driven by Rufus Jenkins on the narrow portion of Mt. Salem road, both cars- were too close when seen by the drivers to pull out sufficiently before colliding. * Mrs. Keyser was rushed to the hospital in Front'Royal, where an x-ray showed a dislocation of one hip, bruises and cuts. Capt. Weiner, was taken to Walter Reed, where diagnosis showed 3 broken ribs, and bruises.
