Veterinary Meeting
Dr. W. L. Wake will attend the Virginia State Veterinary Medical Association meeting in Richmond, on January 30 and 31. Mrs. Wake will accompany Dr. Wake to Richmond.

W. M. Warwick Qnilifies
As Land Surveyor
As of January 21, 1953, William M. Warwick II of Richmond, son of Capt. and Mrs. H. C. Warwick of Rappahannock, is available to under-, take certain land surveys. Mr. Warwick has qualified himself for this service by taking and passing the State Board examination for certified land surveyor. Interested persons may phone Washington - 2532.
DINNER GIVEN IN HONOR OF JUDGE AND MRS. SNEAD Judge and Mrs. J. R. H. Alexander of Leesburg entertained at dinner on Friday evening in honor of Judge and Mrs. R. V. Snead of Washington. Their guests were members of the bar of Loudoun, Fauquier and Rappahannock counties. Among those from Rappahannock were Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Flecher, Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Moffett and Judge and Mrs. R. V. Snead.
B. M. MILLER ILL AT HOME Brooke M. Miller suffered a stroke Friday morning at his home. Reports , yesterday were that he was "about the same" with perhaps some slight improvement. Miss Phyllis Verner of Whitehall Nursing Home, Fairfax, is visiting her mother, Mrs. A. M. Vemer.
