-Rarely indeed-has Rappahannock^ seen such an array of feminine loveliness as was witnessed in Friday night's Beauty Contest sponsored by the Girls’ Varsity Club of Rappahannock County High School. From little tots of pre-school age, accompanied by their gracious mothers, to charming young ladies of high school age, the parade across the auditorium stage drew cuteness, attractiveness and (beauty. Costumes were tastefully designed and quite in keeping with the grace and charm of their wearers.
Between the classes music was\ furnished by Tom Pillar, whose smooth accomplished touch at the piano added to the enjoyment of the occasion. A full house, with the S.R.O. sign up early, enjoyed and Winners were as follows, with fifst applauded the show. prize winners listed first, and second and third in that order.
