CHURCH SERVICES
Bishop Roy Mason of Charlottesville conducted the eleven o’clock and conformation services at Trinity Episcopal church, Sunday. In the absence of a rector, D.,D. Miller, senior Warden of Trinity, presented the class (Mrs. Clyde Baggarly and George H. Davis III) to the Bishop for conformation. ,
The Rev. D. C. Mayer of Middleburg will conduct 11 o’clock and communion services at Trinity Episcopal church, Sunday morning, April 4.
Holy Week will be conducted in the Flint Hill Methodist church, April 12-16.
Services will be held in the First Baptist Church of Flint Hill, Sunday, April 4 at 11 a.m. Rev. Profitt will speak upon the subject, “Daily Bread:”
Services will ibe conducted by Rev. Profitt at Washington Baptist church at 8 p.m. The subject,of the message is Through A Thief’s Eyes, Please notice the change of time from 7:30 to 8 p.m. and also B.T.U. will be at 7, p.m. instead of'6:30 p.m.
Last Sunday there was 100% enrollment present and several visitors present in S.S. at Flint Hill. Also a very large congregation at the worship service. In Washington there was 120 of their own people in S.S. and about 60 or more visitors bringing the total to about 200 in S.S. Everyone is welcomed to the S.S, and worship services.
There will be worship services at the Beach Spring Regular Church, Sunday, April 4 at 3 p.m. E. Wayne Thompson will bring the message. The public is invited.
