Fletcher, Trustee, said deed of trust being dated August 11, 1952, and granting unto said trustee one Ford automobile, (1941), 4-dr. sedan, motor no. 18-6054635, to secure the pay- ment of a note therein described, default having been made in the payment of said note aw<i tho request of the legal holder of the note therein described, the debt and obligation having been declared to be due and payable, the undersigned, James W.
