Mrs. E. M. Jones and children left for Blackstone Monday where they will spent a while. Harold G. Brown of Winchester was an overnight guest Saturday of Mrs. James G. Brown. On Sunday Mr. Brown visited Mrs. Bartow Brown and Mr. and Mrs. D. D. Miller. Miss Frances Smith of Madison and Miss Evelyn Tyler Miller of Mt. Prospect arrived at the home of Miss Miller on Thursday evening after visiting Mr. and Mrs. G. Tyler Miller of Harrisonburg. Miss Smith remained over the week end with Mr. and Mrs. W. Arthur Miller.
Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Grubbs and family, Susan and Johnny were Sunday dinner guests of Miss Lottie Burton. In the afternoon Mrs. Elmer Slipey and nephew, Gerald O’Brion and Mrs. Welch of Arlington were guests of Miss Burton.
