Master's Degree
Mrs. Edna Dennis Watts, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clifford R. Dennis of Castleton, received her Master’s Degree from Temple University, Philadelphia, Pa., on August 12, 1954.
The Scrabble School P. T. A. will hold its first meeting on September 20, Monday night. All parents are urged to be present. Business of importance.
Rev. R. C. Davis, choir and congregation will be at Promise Land Baptist Church in Smedley, this Sunday, September 19 at 3 o’clock.
There will be a Social at the Washington Elementary School, Friday night, September 24, given for the benefit of the Jr. League. So come one, come all. Music, games and refreshments.
