Organizes; Elects

Sutphin, President

Twenty-five interested patrons attended the organization meeting of the Flint Hill Parents-Teachers Association, called for last week by Principal Mrs. Annie Cooke.

In this first meeting, Mrs. Raymond Sutphin was elected President of the organization with Mrs. Annie Cooke as Vice President.—Mrs. Lewis Moore was selected as treasurer and Mrs. W. A. Moore as secretary.

Plans for activities during the year were discussed in brief, and were .tabled for the Monday night executive meeting. A Halloween Party, was planned in this meeting of the officers. Set for Friday, October 29, the Party will draw many spooks, both young and old, to the school house, where games will be played, and prizes awarded to the contestants. Homemade cake, gingerbread, cider, soft drinks and hot dogs will be sold by the P. T. A. All proceeds will go to the Flint Hill P.T.A.
