W. PAYNE HONORED AT PARTY '
Many friends and relatives gathered Sunday, October 3rd, toi honor George W. Payne on his 69th birthday. Mr. Payne, who has been bedfast for six months, was showered with numerous gifts* from his children. A lovely birthday cake was almost completely covered by 69 candles.
Among those who attended the celebration at Mr. Payne’s home near Washington were Mr. and Mrs. James Payne and son, Kenneth of Strasburg, Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Mills and children, Nancy and L.
