Miss Mildred Many was a , week-end guest of Miss Elisabeth Smith.

Mrs. George W. Broiwn and Mrs. Perle Coffey drove to Charlottesville on- Sunday to return with Mrs. Harry L. Smith, who has been a patient in University Hospital for the past week. He condition is much improved.

The Misses Hitt motored to Gaithersburg, Maryland on Saturday with Miss Nettie Bontz, who returned to*her home there after a month’s visit with Min Ebba Hitt and sisters.

Mr. and Mrs. Harry .Martin and son, Eddiie of Martinsburg, W. Va. spent the week end, with Mrs. Annie M. Welch and her mother, Mrs. Ernest Dodson.;
