Mrs. Les Walter and Mrs. Luther Stuart were guests. The meeting tppic was the federation goal, “Health and Safety.” Mrs. Stuart, R.N., answered questions -concerning cancer after the movie on “Breast Self Examination.”

Mrs. John Woodward was the hostess for Castleton H. D. club Tuesday: Mrs. Ruth Trout, fed. goal chairman, led an excellent discussion on Health and Safety. Points discussed were Value of Rappahannock County Dietry Survey in improving diets of the families, and clean-up campaign. A movie, “Breast Self Examination” was shown with Miss Annie Stephenson, R.N., answering questions on cancer. Other guests was Mrs. Quaintance.

Mrs. Paul Miller entertained Flint Hill H- D. club Tuesday night. Mrs. Miller, federation goal chairman, lead discussion of federation goal, Health and-Safety.

Mrs. Lester Yates was hostess to F. T. Valley H. D. club Friday. Demonstration topic was on .the: federation goal, Health and Safety. Afterwards a movie. *■

Saturday, March 12 has been sehkted the date for the annual 4-H supper by the planning committee. Menu selected—-roast turkey and all the trimmings. The proceeds from this will be used by the county council: s
