It is ORDERED that the said non-resident defendants, namely, Lee ,T. Esistham, Arthur J. Ea-rtham, Luther B. Eastham, Anna Mary Xnderson, Ella Eastham Jones, Sarah E. Williams, Margaret Hutton1 Hume, Sarah Wilburn, Arthur V.- Pace, Clarence Eastham, Lula Eastham and Minnie Eastham, do appear within ten <10) days after due publication of this order and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
