, Friday, March 18, 1932 • ^ The General Assembly of Virginia at its recent session passed a bill naming the Bridge over Hughes River the “James H. Fletcher Bridge” in honor of one of Rappahannock’s most prominent citizens. We know of no better name, as Mr. Fletcher is one of our most outstanding citizens.
