Fred Pease, who was injured in a recent airplane crash, is recovering satisfactorily. Though he is unable to walk well due to the burns on his foot, he can sit up in a chair. Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Hawkins and daughter, Linda, Mrs. Joseph Hawkins, Sr., and Joseph Schober were Sunday evening visitors of Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Hawkins. C. S. Coleman suffered an accident as he ran across the street during a rain storm, Sunday afternoon. He is a patient in Warren Memorial Hospital recovering from bruises and bone injuries that required surgery, Monday morning. It is reported Mr. Coleman's slipped on the wet pavement and injured his jaw and fractured one lcfl€C ■

In home visits by the nurse, she is keenly alert in the detection of disease and defects in pre-school children and can point out' the way of correction to the mother.
