MRS. LEWIS P. NELSON
Mrs. Caroline Shackleford Nelson , 84, widow of Lewis Porter Nelson, died at her home in Culpeper, Thursday, Sept 22. Funeral services were conducted Saturday at the St. Stephens Episcopal Church in Culpeper. Burial was in the Culpeper cemetery.
Mrs. Nelson is survived by 2 daughters, Mrs. Charles F. Penniman, St. Louis, Mo. and Mrs. J. Harvie Wilkerson, Jr. of Richmond; a son, Lewis Porter Nelson, Jr. of Culpeper and 6 grandchildren. '
